Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns Policy |
How to Return A Product
You will need to contact us first at email@example.com to let us know that you wish to return a product whether it be damaged or defective. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
After you have notified us that you wish to return an item you will need to send the item back to us via tracked-post.
Instances where we can not offer a refund or exchange include:
If the product has been damaged or is defective because of something you did
If the product has been worn, used or had its labels removed.
We can only offer a refund or exchange once we receive the item back therefore we
recommend products be sent back via tracked-post.
All returns must be returned in accordance with this policy and inspected by Linkies Baby Shoes & Accessories before we can offer a repair, replacement or refund. If a product is returned to us and does not meet our requirements then we cannot offer a replacement or refund. In this instance we will return the product to you.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product replaced or refunded. We take every
precaution to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. We cover the costs of delivering a replacement product. A full refund will be issued if we can not replace the product.
Wrong Product Sent
If you have received the wrong product then return the item and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If you have received a damaged item and believe that it was damaged during delivery then please keep the item and postage
bag in the same condition as when you opened it. We will organise to have the item returned to us for inspection by NZ post and will offer you a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
As a New Zealand based business we follow the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act to bring you the best shopping experience possible!
Below are some basic standards set out by these laws.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, New Zealand
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Linkies Baby Shoes & Accessories. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the retailer has the right to repair, replace or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986, New Zealand
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to
all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products online and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
